Located on Pensacola State College’s Main Campus, helping high school teens discover their strengths, practice responsibility, and prepare for what comes next.
Grit to Greatness
Located at Pensacola High School, supporting teens facing poverty and significant barriers with consistent guidance, skill development, and next-step planning.

Service Engagement
Through meaningful service projects, teens connect with their community and make a tangible impact. Our teens discover personal growth by developing 24 essential soft skills, building confidence, and experiencing the value of giving back.

College and Trade School
In an empowering and fun environment, teens build intrinsic motivation to explore post-high school options—college, university, or trade school. With over 20 years of experience, we guide teens in choosing and enrolling in post-secondary opportunities as a crucial step toward discovering and pursuing meaningful careers.
